A Presentation and Discussion with
Phyllis Drucker, itSMFusa - Operations Director

 
 
PRESENTATION:

Why? How? ROI? Using case studies from companies and her experience, Phyllis Drucker, itSMFusa Operations Director, will give us lots to discuss and learn from. Using examples from ITIL v2 and v3, this event will open your eyes to what others have to done to move their programs forward and to justify the cost and as well as the benefits.

BIOGRAPHY:

As Director of Consolidated Services for AutoNation, where she has worked for the past twelve years, Phyllis has grown a help desk for a small startup company into a Consolidated Services Desk for the largest Automotive Dealership Group in the country.  When AutoNation adopted ITIL Phyllis saw the opportunity it provides for operational excellence and became the company's ITIL champion, owning the Service Desk and desktop support, the PMO,  Change Management, Problem Management, Compliance and reporting functions as well as the tool used by IT to manage services.   She continues to drive process improvement as the business needs have grown. 
 

Phyllis has been speaking at the national level for a number of years and has presented for the Help Desk Institute, Pink Elephant and ITSMF.  She is the new Operations Director of itSMFusa and a founding member, past president and board member of the South Florida LIG.
